Easter spirit: Jessica Alba enjoyed a relaxed family day with husband Cash Warren and daughter Honor Marie


Jessica Alba has been embracing her creative side of late, keeping Twitter followers updated on her DIY party decorations and home baking attempts.

And celebrating the Easter weekend was no different for the pregnant star, who got to work on a sweet feast before taking part in an egg hunt with her daughter Honor Marie yesterday.

Jessica was in great spirits, smiling and laughing at the party at husband Cash Warren's family home in Camarillo, California.

Jessica helped Honor search for eggs around the garden before getting an affectionate hug from her husband as they watched their daughter on the bouncy castle.

The Fantastic Four actress, who turns 30 on Thursday, spent the morning cooking treats for the children and kept her fans up to date on her progress in the kitchen, proudly tweeting pictures along the way.

She tweeted: ‘Making red velvet cake balls 4 Easter brunch w the fam – The mashy batter looks like bone marrow. (sic)’

The Fantastic Four actress announced her second pregnancy in February this year and has spoken positively about the exciting news.

She told Vogue it makes her feel ‘liberated, less concerned with how she looks’ and that it’s ‘taught her to adapt to any situation.’
